Axis Theater, the Musical Theatre Division of Coast City Ballet,
(a 501c3 non-profit organization), established in 2018 by theatre
professionals/enthusiasts. AT aims to be a cultural flagship for
the local community thru the production of main stage professional
musical theatre performances for artists of all ages and backgrounds.
Additionally our all encompassing programs offer families and the
community an innovative and cultural axis to ignite their creativity
and artistry developing their acting, singing & dancing skills.
Axis maiden performance ‘Little Shop of Horrors' (2019) was an
overwhelming success, and after an 18 month intermission (due to
Covid), ‘Heathers, the Musical' (2021) an edgy dark comedy wowed audiences.
Axis just closed 'The Wedding Singer' (2022) to standing ovations.
