Experience the magic of dance at Coast City Ballet’s annual production of this famed holiday favorite featuring students, company members and guests artists from throughout California with dazzling sets, colorful costumes and Tchaikovsky’s timeless score.
This glittering tale follows young Clara, who receives the gift of a nutcracker at a festive family Christmas party. That night she dreams of a grand adventure that begins with a handsome prince, continues with an epic battle between mice and toy soldiers, and comes to a climax with a magical journey to the Land of Sweets where Clara meets the Sugar Plum Fairy and dancers from exotic lands.
